Barnston Lodge is a dry-hire venue, meaning you start with a completely blank canvas and can be as creative as you like. Jane, the venue owner, is here on hand to give as much or as little help with your preparations as you’d like. We always emphasise that your day is designed by you, meaning a unique reception with no corkage fee or overpriced catering rates.

At Barnston Lodge Weddings, your day is designed by you. Whether you want a traditional reception with three course wedding breakfast, or tipi wedding with gourmet food trucks, we are always on hand to transform your dream day into a reality.

Sadly we do not have a licence to host legal ceremonies, but we welcome couples to have blessings and other celebrations at Barnston. We also have a country church a two-minute walk away, and registry office within 20 minutes drive. Following your ceremony, we will be here to greet you and your guests and give you exclusive hire of our gardens, lake and summer house.

You will require a generator and external toilets for this venue which we can assist you with.
