Mini Case Study | Rolls Royce & Bentley Owners Club Annual Rally
After being frustrated with an event management Company for the previous year, the RREC club contacted Abacus looking for a partner to provide total infrastructure for their prestigious event which has been running annually for over 50 years.
A new team were put in place at RREC to organise their 2024 annual rally, and they needed to lean on an experienced event Company to ensure they had everything covered this very special event.
There were dozens of Roll Royces & Bentleys on show, from pre war vehicles to the very latest all electric Rolls Royces.
Located at the stunning Burleigh House, Philip and the RREC team required over 24 individual structures, power distribution, toilet & welfare facilities as well as site wide Sound & PA system.
Abacus worked closely with RREC and their vendors to ensure we exceeded the attendee’s expectations.
Feedback from attendees was this was the best organised annual rally they have been a part of.
