Sailcloth marquees are available for hire between April - September. For any weddings outside this date you would require a clearspan marquee as an alternative.

An exceptional company to use for events. I've used them twice now, once for a wedding and then my 30th birthday a year later, with 2 completely different styles and vibes in the same space. Mark goes above and beyond to help decide what you need without being too much of a salesman which i found with other companies. All staff seem to genuinely want you to have the best celebration possible but respect your budget and requirements to make the best of the space available. I asked several companies for quotes the first time round and can genuinely say Abacus gave the best price, highest quality extras and best service to the point that I didn't bother shopping around the second time. Completely took the stress away from me making decisions with lots of photo ideas and support throughout the process. Even the installation guys were extremely polite and helpful. Happily recommend to anyone with an event coming up. My guests were amazed by the marquee both times.

Abacus did an amazing job with my Marquee for my wedding! The communication with Dan was superb and nothing was too much.. we had a little hiccup at the start with set up but once I spoke to Dan he swiftly sorted it, and it was done and dusted in an hour! We booked Abacus for our 40th wedding anniversary party and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The planning session 9 months ago was detailed with Mark including a very helpful sight visit. Nearer the time we filled in the details and the company were flexible and helpful with suggestions and we were able to liaise with Zulika - she was always on the end of the phone in the last week. The marquee set up was efficient and the all the team were respectful of plants, flowers and access. Pack down was equally good. The whole marquee with lights, white curtains and flexible roll up windows, looked stunning. We booked staff to make the day go smoothly and deal with “anything” during the event. Hannah and Nick arrived early and took control of every request I made, including attending the bar, cutting desserts up, filling our dishwasher, checking loos etc. I wrote a list with timings beforehand and they found this helpful. They went over and above to make our day special. Their professional attitudes, care and attention were exemplary. I would highly recommend Abacus for any special event.
