Libby's Nightclub Themed 21st Birthday

BRIEF: To create a classy & sophisticated party for Libby’s 21st birthday.

She’s used us before for her 18th – with the friends having high expectations after her last party was the . “party of the year” we need to create something extra special this time!

Around 40 friends are coming and we’re responsible for the music, bar, dance floor and theming of the marquee.

A blackout themed marquee to give a nightclub vice as well as some funky LED furniture to set the scene.

Jenny called Mark to see if he could help with her daughter, Libby’s 21st birthday party. She’s used us before for Libby’s 18th party and knows how high our standards are when it comes to our service and equipment. Libby now wants something a bit more sophisticated than her previous party but she’s got a lot to live up to as her friends said her last party was amazing and the best of her groups parties!

7th July 2018

Both Jenny and Libby knew what sort of event they wanted but they didn’t know what finer details and interior finishes to go for. Mark suggested a few ideas to them and although he’s been to the garden before, he suggested to come over and have a chat with them both as Abacus has invested in lots more stock since the Radford’s last used them. A site visit was arranged for a couple of days time.

9th July 2018

Mark arrived at the arranged time and date to discuss with Libby and Jenny what they are looking for this time. Mark had suggested a blackout nightclub style marquee with lots of funky LED lights giving it a contemporary and classy look. Libby loved the idea and started to get excited now it started to take shape. Mark said the quote will be sent the next day, with the usual three tiered packages.
